I used to be a very sportive person back in school years… I guess, things have changed a little 😀 Last year I got a full year membership at the gym, which I tried to attend 2- 3 times per week. But then after 6months I found out that I’m pregnant and I left all the gym thing. One activity that I did while being pregnant is walking. I could walk and walk for miles. Even now, that I am a mommy, I put Damien in a buggy and we can walk a lot.
It’s been several weeks now that I have decided to lose some of my pregnancy weight. I don’t wanna go back to gym, so I found these amazing workouts on Youtube and I am doing them at home. Wanna share the links with you, because I really like them:
