How to understand what your customers need.

I found this article very helpful on how to understand customers better and their needs. You need to put yourself into their shoes and ask- can I find everything I want in your shop, how various colours or sizes I offer, choices for different age groups, flexibility in shipping etc. Plus, no need to be afraid to ask for customer feedback- either good or bad, because that’s an opportunity to learn from mistakes and improve your services.
